Definitions

The following terms shall have the following meaning:

  • Gift voucher : designates a document containing the restaurant's offer, the amount, the name of the buyer, the recipient, and the validity period, allowing the holder to benefit from a service at the Radici restaurant.
  • Reference code A unique identifier associated with the gift voucher, to be provided when making a reservation at the restaurant.
  • Beneficiary (attention to): person who benefits from the gift voucher offer, as mentioned on the voucher.
  • Customer : a person who purchases a gift voucher, an event offer, or a physical product, for their own use or for a third party (beneficiary).
  • Restaurant Radici establishment (ANAMA SLE Sarl) – Registration number: 20152461632, VAT number: LU29442109, Trade register: B201691, Sofitel Luxembourg Europe, Luxembourg.
  • Event offer : reservation of a specific offer for events such as Valentine's Day, National Day, etc.
  • Products : Items available for purchase on our website and for pickup at the restaurant (e.g., bottles of olive oil).

Gift voucher

Order and validation process

  • The purchase of a gift voucher is made directly online through our website.
  • A summary will be sent by email after the order is validated, including the gift voucher in PDF format.
  • The order will be validated after the final acceptance by the buyer.

Use

  • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  • The voucher must be printed to be presented at the time of reservation or upon arrival at the restaurant.
  • When making the reservation, the gift voucher reference code must be provided.
  • The amount of the gift voucher must be used in one go. No refund will be issued if the consumption is less than the value of the voucher.

Right of withdrawal.

  • In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • A full refund is possible if the gift voucher has not been used before the cancellation.

Liability

  • The company ANAMA SLE Sarl cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use of a gift voucher.

Physical products

Order and validation process

  • The physical products purchased on our website must be picked up directly at our establishment (Radici, Sofitel Luxembourg Europe).
  • No shipping or home delivery is provided.
  • The products will be available for pick-up at the establishment within 48 hours after order validation.

Right of withdrawal.

  • The 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided that the products have not been picked up.
  • The products must be returned in their new and unused condition.
  • The return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Event offers

Reservation and confirmation.

  • The reservation for an event offer is confirmed after payment.
  • When making a reservation, set up your request with the number of people and the arrival time.

Cancellation.

  • Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event.
  • To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at the address boutique@radici.lu.

Cancellation by the service provider

  • In case of partial or total cancellation of the service (strikes, viruses, disasters, force majeure), the service provider will refund the customer for the full prepayment made.
  • No other compensation can be claimed.

Price and payment terms

  • The prices of gift vouchers, event offers, and physical products are indicated in euros and include Luxembourg VAT.
  • Payment is made exclusively by credit card via the secure system on our website.

Modification of the general terms and conditions

  • These general terms and conditions may be modified at any time.
  • The new conditions will apply as soon as they are published on the website

Personal data protection

  • Personal information collected during the purchase will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and Luxembourg data protection legislation.
