Discover an exceptional four-hands dinner by two chefs from the Marche region: Errico Recanati and Rodolfo Serritelli.

At the helm of Restaurant Andreina, a family-run establishment founded in the early 1900s and awarded a Michelin star for the past 14 years, Chef Errico Recanati is renowned for his unique mastery of fire-based cooking. Alongside him, Chef Rodolfo Serritelli shares the same roots and a culinary vision deeply rooted in the region.

Coming from a region where the sea and the mountains meet within less than an hour’s drive, both chefs draw inspiration from a “land and sea” tradition, combining seafood and farm produce in an authentic and generous cuisine.

For this evening, charcoal cooking — Chef Errico’s signature technique — will enhance each dish, bringing depth, intensity, and character to this unique experience.
